Edit:
Go to 'Power Plants' on main page
Click on 'Energy' on top level
Click on 'Power' and find 'Photovoltaic'

On this screen Find 'Level 2'
You can then click on 'Show Data' just beneath 'Azimuth'
This will provide Peak Sun Hours for your analysis.
