The Picon is a Basque American cocktail invented in San Francisco, CA and still enjoyed at Basque hotels across the American west.

Ingredients:
Bar Ice
Grenadine
Torani Amer
Club Soda
Brandy

NOTE: the most notable variation on the Picon is "Elko Style" which omits the club soda. There are a few other variations as well, playing with different floats, amers (including the Golden Moon Amer Dit Picon) and more. If you have a favorite variation or picon spot, comment below.
