China plans to fast track massive infrastructure development in Africa. The Chinese believe that infrastructure holds the key to unlocking Africa's full economic potential. Chinese president, Xi Jing-Ping, has pledged over 60 billion US dollars over three years to fund development on the continent. South Africa co-hosted the three day Forum on China-Africa Co-operation summit in Johannesburg this week.
