What Is The Crystal Onix? - A Pokemon Theory

Hey Pokemon Masters "Bird Keeper Toby" here, Today I have a "Pokemon Theory". Ever wonder how a Steelix can be 'Harder Than Diamond'? Could it be an Evolution of the Crystal Onix.
