Mr. Vivin Joy- MS in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of technology, USA has decided to help students who seek jobs through his interview experience especially those who have stammer or stutter issue. He had acquired tremendous experience in the last 5 years through his attempts to get into very good companies. His determination, grit and hard work is a great inspiration to not only stammering students but to others as well. With his unrelenting pursuit to excel, he has been able to to conquer the stammer issue as well as to get a job in a good company.

In this inspiring video, he narrates his life experience and path he went through to reach the his goal. After a series of failures in the final rounds for soft skills in 17 companies in a row, he has been able to achieve his goal today. He is now serving as a Senior software Engineer in LinkedIn and prior to that as a software architect in Samsung Ecommerce.

In the following videos , he has planned to share his some experiences with Amazon, Google, Facebook and other big companies where he tasted success in some as well as failures in some.
