This film shows incrementally the production of innovative packaging of tomato stems. From digging up the tomato plants in the greenhouse complexes and separate rope- and hook residues until the pulp mixing and pressing and drying of paper sheet.

The Netherlands has over 1,700 hectares of tomato cultivation land and has an annual output of 815 million cubic meters of tomatoes. Every year the production yields 70,000 tons of tomato stems. At this moment growers have to pay to drain this residual material, when in fact money could yield.
Various parties have beaten hands and designed an uniquely packaging. It is the desire that tomatoes will be packed in boxes made out of tomato stems
