This is from 1998 at .my house near Sacramento, CA. We were rehearsing for my concert: "A Tribute to Oscar Peterson and Art Tatum" featuring drummer Ed Thigpen. The song is "Tricotism" written by Oscar Pettiford. Arrangement and solo from "Live at the London House" - The Oscar Peterson Trio. It was pretty awesome playing this with Ed, since he was also the drummer from this recording back in the early 1960's. Bassist Steve LaSpina didn't have his upright bass for rehearsal, so I gave him my cheapo electric bass...sorry, Steve!
