As a Graduate Trainee – Database Administration, you’ll join our technology team at the heart of data management and backend operations. This is a unique opportunity for recent graduates to kickstart their careers in a hands-on, dynamic environment where you'll work closely with database experts to support high-performance systems.

🔷 What You Will Do:
Learn to install, configure, and maintain database systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
Monitor database performance and assist with tuning for optimal operation.
Help manage user access, roles, and database security.
Participate in database backup and recovery strategies.
Work with development teams to understand data requirements and ensure consistency.
Troubleshoot and resolve database issues under supervision.
Document database changes, processes, and procedures.

🔷 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Educational Background:

B.E./B.Tech/M.C.A./B.C.A. or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
Recent graduates from batch 2024 or 2025 preferred.

✅ Required Skills:
Basic understanding of relational database management systems (RDBMS).
Exposure to SQL and database query writing.
Awareness of backup, recovery, and user privilege management.
Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a team environment.

✅ Good to Have:
Familiarity with Oracle, MS SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of Linux command line and basic scripting.
Interest in data administration, DevOps, or backend development.
