We have made a Dragon's Breath Mead before, but never quite like this. The fruity spicy mead is just a really unique thing. The sweetness of honey and fruit really works well with the spicy flavors of scorpion peppers! This time the peppers came from Derica's brother's garden in Orlando. You really need to try making this one of a kind Dragon's Blood Mead!

Ingredients:
3 lbs (1.36 kg) Wildflower Honey
2 Scorpion Peppers

O.G. 1.110

Additions:
3 lbs (1.36 kg) Mixed Berries (Blueberries, Strawberries and Cherries)
Back Sweeten with Honey (we went to a specific gravity reading of 1.044)
