as a kid I interpreted the end from "Grantchester Meadows" and "Several Species of Small Furry Animals Gathered Together in a Cave and Grooving with a Pict" as: the murder of the fly and all these outraged animals.
Both songs are from the LP "Ummagumma" from 1969.
