6AM Routine, Cacao Ceremony, Couscous salad & Chamomile Passion Tea Recipes

One of the things I've been working on these year is having a schedule for every hour of every day and that has made me super productive and my rest time has become a lot more enjoyable because it doesn't come with guilt.
On the second day of the year, I attended a Cacao ceremony which was a great way of starting the year with intentions set. This is part of my spiritual journey this year, where i am going a lot more within and also building relationships with more people on a similar journey.
The other journey I am one, is in reconnecting with my creativity and I've been doing The Artist's Way, which has really been helpful in helping me get back to writing.

On this day, as started my day at 6.20 am which about when I wake up and dive into my morning routine. After tidying up the kitchen and feeding the cats, I went for the Cacao ceremony and on the way back, I passed by the market to pick up some fruits and veggies. After all that, I still managed to put in some hours of work before settling into my evening routine and sharing my couscous salad recipe. To end the night, I made some chamomile passion mint tea to ease me to sleep.
