In this video, we are using the following coffee, coffee equipment and filter coffee recipe

Coffee beans
Roasted by myself (ASK Coffee Roastery Singapore)
El Salvador Pacamara natural processed
Roasted to medium

Equipment
1. Grinder : Commandate C40
2. Brewista V60 with fast flow
3. Hero temperature controlled gooseneck kettle
4. Normal puckscreen (1 mm)

Recipe
1. 18g of coffee medium coarse grind
2. Water to beans ratio 1: 16.67
3. Water at 93 degrees celcius
4. Bloom for 30s for 50g of water, followed by 3 pours of 80g each with the last pour to 300g of water
