University of Louisville medical students celebrated Match Day on Thursday, March 18, with festivities at the Greater Louisville Medical Society Building. The highlight was opening their envelopes from the National Residency Match Program (NRMP), when students found out where they had matched for residency training. A total of 135 UofL students participated in the Match this year and 94 percent of UofL students successfully matched.
