Kettlebell Bootcamp at Hardik Fitness Club - Lalitpur | Meltdown | Nepal

We visited the top gyms in Nepal and organized a very interactive session on Kettlebell and the exercises you can do with the use of Kettlebell as resistance. Mr. Parag came all the way from India to conduct the Kettlebell workshop and Certification program for trainers aspiring to be KB Level-1 certified Instructors from EKFA.
