Meet Ben. Ben is a 16 year old from Scotland who has been following my content for ages. Ben has autism and has been bullied his whole life. Nobody should be bullied, especially at such a young age. I have been helping Ben on his weight loss journey and he has been smashing it!

I wanted to show Ben that he is loved and he truly is an inspiration, he wanted to share his story so that he could help others that may be going through the same struggles. If you are having a hard time, remember there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. Take Ben as inspiration.
