Crispy Bengali Pumpkin Pakora/কুমড়ার পাকোড়া/Kumro Porer Bhaja/Pumpkin pakoda/Pumpkin Recipes

Bengali Pumpkin Fry or Kumro Bhaja is a crispy and tasty battered pumpkin fritter that tastes best with khichdi or as a snack. Here I share the recipe that will give you perfectly crispy kumro bhaja every time!

Ingredients
10 Servings

1 small pumpkin (sliced thin)
1 cup Besan
1/4 cup or 4 tbsp. Rice flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. Black cumin or kalonji
1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
1/2 tsp. red chilli powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
Water ~3/4 cup
Oil for frying
