india diaries_4 | beach yoga + teaching vinyasa class!

hello everyone ! welcome back to another episode of my india diaries… this week we started with a magical trip at 4:30am to do beach yoga all together, later heading to a temple to pray / meditate within the sacred walls of a cave. i also started a sound healing course where i learned to use singing bowls for personal healing, and i prepared to teach my first vinyasa class (which i show you at the end)! this was genuinely such a special week and im so grateful to have experienced such wonderful memories in which i will cherish forever.
