Build:

Barret Party Leader - Slot 1:
Barrage Blaster + Cetran Armlet + Chocoking's Cape
Weapon Materia: Magnify + Barrier Swiftcast + Time Auto Unique Ability & Prayer
Armor Materia: Magic Efficiency + Barrier Elemental + Fire Magnify + Cleansing Empowerment & Chakra I chose Chakra because Barret will be taking all damage anyway with lifesaver, it's your choice though
Weapon Skills: Overcharge Protection + Trade-Off + Selfish Recovery +25% + Selfish Buff up

Yuffie Slot 2:
Make sure in Yuffies Folios you have the "Weapon Ability ATB Recovery" unlocked. It grants 5% ATB Recovery when using weapon skills which is needed for this stategy.
Crescent Sickle + Enhanced Garm Bangle + Speed Demon Keychain
Weapon Materia: ATB Boost Materia, first Strike, 2x Vitality, 2x Spirit
Armor Materia: Elemental + Fire HP Up and Speed up Last slot is blank, your choice
Weapon Skills: ATB Charge Rate Up + Opening ATB Bonus You can pick the other 2, they don't matter

Aerith Slot 3:
Plumose Rod + Cetran Bracer + Genji Gloves The gloves are 100% mandatory for this build as Aerith will be hitting in the 15k - 30k damage range.
Weapon Materia: Fire + Magic Focus Fire + Magic Focus Lightning and Wind & Auto Unique Ability
Armor Materia: Elemental + Fire Fire and Ice + MP Absorption First Strike, Magic Up, HP Up, MP Up
Weapon Skills: Enhanced Magic Guard + Enduring Ward + Ward Shift Mastery + Max HP 200

Rulers of the Outer Worlds Setup:

Barret:
Haste onto Yuffie

Yuffie:
Brutal form

Aerith:
ATB Ward onto Yuffie

Barret:
Mana-wall onto All

Aerith:
Arcane Ward onto Self

Barret:
Faith onto Aerith

Side Notes:

Barret:
Lifesaver + Steelskin
Proc Resist on Yuffie/Party to prevent status effects Gilgamesh/Sephiroth this important so you don't get frogged/get the ability debuff that doesn't allow spellcasts

Kujata Weak to fire ice on transfrom
Phoenix Weak to Ice

Titan Weak to Wind
Baphomet Weak to Fire?

Odin Weak to Fire
Alexander Weak to Lightning

Gilgamesh Weak to Fire

Sephiroth Weak to Fire in first phase, Ice in Second.

Bait out his chains first before doing the spam.

Note: Make SURE you use manawall on your party before baiting out his chains or you will get pretty much instakilled.
