Author Douglas Murray has slammed an “aggressive” activism push in the United States military.

United States Space Force Lieutenant Colonel Bree Fram encouraged military members to share their pronouns in emails during an address.

He also encouraged people to initiate “difficult conversations” about racial and gender barriers.

“I would say that not only would I want the lecture to end soon, I'd want the whole era to end soon, and it will at some point,” Mr Murray told Sky News host Rita Panahi.

“And I think I can say that with some confidence, it will end at some point because countries really don't have the luxury of doing this if they're the world's hyperpower.

“If they’re the country with the most serious military in the world that is effectively responsible for securing the peace around the world or otherwise, they just don't have time for this stuff.”
