Recovered video of Officer Rojas making a false arrest.

Here’s what happened to the cop. The NYPD found him guilty of a few offenses. The official record reads as follows:

* While on-duty, signed a criminal court complaint that contained factually inaccurate information and caused said criminal court complaint to be filed in Kings County Criminal Court.

* While on-duty, ejected a person known to the department from subway system without sufficient legal authority.

* While on-duty, arrested a person known to the department from subway system without sufficient legal authority.

The penalty was Dismissal Probation for 12 months, Training, and 30 lost vacation days.

But the department protected him, first by giving him a new badge number, it was 23404. The new number is 19553. The he wasn’t put on a Brady List aka Liars List. So he is still allowed to make unlawful arrest, and test-a-lie against people in court while hiding the fact that he’s a known liar.

He’s a liar and a bigot. But he’s a “Minority” so his racism doesn’t count. That’s how diversity works.

He’s also a Perv. Prior to my encounter with him, IAB was investigating him for doing sexual shit to young girls while on post. I think he was pulling out his dick on Junior High School girls.

In any case, he’s a bully and a dumb criminal. They should take his green card and send him back to Mexico.
