In the bustling heart of Alderney City, a convoy is on the move, weaving its way near the imposing Kakagawa Building. For Niko Bellic, the chance to take on this challenge begins at a payphone tucked away at the intersection of Odhner Avenue and Traeger Road, on the western edge of Port Tudor. Here, with the atmosphere thick with anticipation, a cutscene unfolds, revealing The Fixer as he lays out the details of the mission to Bellic. After completing his initial task for Phil Bell, a call comes through for Niko. Phil informs him that a man known as The Fixer has some side jobs in mind, involving the elimination of adversaries. To kick-start these assignments, Niko must venture to a specific payphone marked with a distinctive crosshair icon, signaling the start of his lethal endeavors. When Niko answers the call of duty at each mission, he’ll receive vital intel about the target’s whereabouts.
