The types of magic Ross mentions in this audio are:
Inghros - light magic
Dhuskos - dark magic
Agnos - fire magic (yes, like agni kai from ATLA)
The other types (not mentioned in this audio) are Vados - water, Dhegnos - ground, Poraos - air, Osenos - arbour (trees n stuff). Most people can do very basic forms of magic, but only those who are incanted can do higher level spells.

I usually use terms from either Proto-Indo-European, Sanskrit or rarely Latin, like "Acernus" in Acernus Castle meaning maple.
