I am selling pretty much the cheapest home in Tahoe tomorrow. Maybe not THE cheapest but it's one of them. It's selling for $180,000. It's a darling little cottage in Tahoma that was built in the early 1950's. Cute little kitchen, bath and a big sleeping loft up stairs. It sits on a beautiful lot in Tahoma that has wonderful Cedar Trees lining the driveway. Some people might tear it down but it's certainly useable the way it is.

It has the use of the Tahoe Cedars HOA beach, pier and buoy for a few weeks a year. The beach is only a couple of blocks from the home. If you want one of these little places, they occasionally pop up but you need to be ready as they go quick!

For instance Tahoma where this place is, is a sleepy little area about 15-20 min south of Tahoe City. There used to be primarily summer cabins here but now people are tearing them down and using every square inch of their coverage to build big new homes.
