I wanted to show the connection that music has on a person through slideshow/video/images and how music can and does move people. My purpose of this project is to show that music can touch collectively. If you are going through something sometimes music can have the ability to connect to an individual on a different level then a conversation with a friend or family member. (example would be the gospel songHis eye is on the Sparrow, which is used, can make people think of funerals) i wanted to illustrate the theory of Jungs collective unconscious, showing that music can be a motivator or a healer. One song or melody can touch one person one way and touch the person sitting next to them a completely different way depending on what they are going through or have been through.
