Johnson Evinrude 15 hp 1982 Idle problem ( reed valve ? )

You can see the enige starts good. But doesnt run Idle without choking. As you can see my starter cable is not present because it is broken. That will be replaced later. Now I have to start it the old way.

In high speeds it functions good. It reaches full power and behind the boat it runs at the normal topspeed. When turning back to idle it stalls. It only runs with the choke halve open or as you can see in the video a short choke once a few seconds. I have replaced the o-rings and between the carburator and intake. And between the fuelpump and intakevacuum. Those were leaking air and increased the problem. Now that air leakage is fixed. The sparkplugs produces a firm clearblue spark. But the problem still exsists.

I cant run the engine idle without choke. When I give a fast a lot of gas it stalls to when I dont use the choke. Adjusting the idle/low speed valve it changes behaviour a little bit. But not enought to fix it. Please help me.
