Guided meditation transcript:
Releasing all expectations for today's session and using each exhalation from now as an opportunity to relax more and more and more.
At some point, you will want to close your eyes gently too. So before the actual meditation begins, we will dedicate it to someone or a group of people. It can be anybody that you choose, somebody that you love, somebody that you're having challenges with, somebody that you've lost, maybe hands to the heart, either in the praying position or flat on the chest.
Whatever feels more natural to you. Deep breath in through the nose from the exhalation. We project our love, gratitude and appreciation towards that person. Take a moment to feel the bond, the connection, and you belonging to nature, to the ecosystem of life. You are indeed the world because you are an expression of it. And so by that fact, you are never, ever alone.
I will now start introducing the vibration and we will start the meditation. It is a very simple meditation where your focal point and your one point of focus is a sound. Maybe it is a group of sound, but it doesn't matter when you find it. It's still very soft when you find it. So attention on it, put it on the foreground of your mind, on the center stage of it, in a personal space and keep it there throughout the meditation when thoughts come.
Don't worry, it's normal to think we are all thinking beings don't get affected by these thoughts. Don't judge the thoughts, and don't try to eliminate them. Simply go back to the vibration as effortlessly as possible. The sun fades ultra produce. It's in your own mind for a few extra moments. I think it resonates naturally in your you may now let go of the vibration, the meditation is over, let it float away naturally.
Take a few nice deep breaths Open your eyes if you're not done So ready and stay seated.
Before I let you go, I would like to share quote back to who is came after Change Tzu, a prominent Taoist thinker who says I quote, "let your mind wander in simplicity, blend your spirit with the vastness. Follow along with things the way they are and make no room for personal views, then the world will be governed"
Simplicity, vastness, following along, not being affected, and bypassing your personal views, your personal perceptions. What he means is your judgment, your opinions, conditional arrays of thoughts which are not indeed real. If you want to experience reality, if you want to experience the core of who you are, you must transcend that feeling of self and the thoughts being the self.
