What is a damped pendulum?
A pendulum is a weight or object attached to a fixed point that swings back and forth under the influence of gravity, typically used to measure time or demonstrate the principles of harmonic motion.
A damped pendulum is a swinging object, typically a weight attached to a string or rod, that gradually loses its motion due to the dissipation of energy caused by friction or air resistance.
The damping effect causes the pendulum to slow down and eventually come to a stop.

What is algorithmic art?
Algorithmic art, also known as generative art, is a form of art that is created through the use of computer programming and algorithms.
