Why Bum Life?

This was originally going to be the intro to a longer video but I cut it in half for the sake of my own attention span. Not sure if subservient is exactly the word I was looking for but it works. Stay within the expectations of our class ls more what I meant. Unhoused people are not expected to have phones & YouTube channels & do upper class things like review beer. Alcohol is considered a luxury, unhoused people are expected to be desperate for food & shelter and are judged for buying alcohol, despite the fact that housed people also indulge in substance abuse. Rather than being seen as an equal lifestyle , we are expected to struggle to become like the people who have money. To be honest no one ever really calls me a bum to my face, but the comments I see online not only on my own channel but reviews of public spaces complaining about the presence of homeless people reinforces what I already knew people thought of me and others.
