Cobot welding station – “ready to weld” solution for cobot welding. Universal Robots UR10 with reach 1300mm is equipped with Fronius TPSi welding set. Cobot welding station is best solution for fast preparation of welding for various parts. With “Free Drive” function you can work directly with welding torch during teaching. Two main parts of welding station allow you fast reconfiguration of layouts and increases mobility of this station. Maximum reach of used Cobot is best for welding on standard welding tables or dedicated fixtures. Fronius TPSi welder is equipped with standard welding packages and can be upgraded with additional LSC, PMC or CMT technologies. In basic solution it is also possible to integrate Cobot station with already used welding source. Mounting adapter is prepared for connection with welding table or fixture to ensure precision and welding repeatability. Additional option such as torch cleaning station, PLC or HMI are prepared to fit for welding small or large series of produced parts.
