Arrochar Alps | Beinn Ime & Beinn Narnain | Hiking | 4K

Day hike in the Arrochar Alps, Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, Scotland.

After the snow thwarting my attempt to summit Ben More the previous day, I opted for a slightly less lofty Munro summit, Beinn Ime. The weather was ideal, and any snow patches were easily navigated, without the need for spikes (although I did have them in my bag, just in case). As the conditions were so favourable, I decided to summit the neighbouring Munro, Beinn Narnain, as well.

I started this hike by travelling by bus, to the car park at Succoth, Arrochar. After my hike, I made a pit stop at a pub (Ben Arthur Bothy), for a few beers and to watch the football, before walking along to the Arrochar & Tarbet train station 🚍🚂
