The implant site is prepared using the Microcone surgical cassette. The implant site is prepared with a round drill with a diameter of 1.8 mm. Depth stop sleeves are used to precisely control the drilling sequences.

A drill and depth stop combination table is used as a guide, with the depth stop sleeve selected according to the implant length and drill diameter. Different drills, from pilot drills to cortical drills, are used depending on the bone structure.

The Microcone depth stop ensures precise control of the drilling depth and the insertion instrument is carefully inserted into the implant connection geometry up to the stop. Implant placement can be performed manually or with a power-assisted method, whereby the torque should not exceed 35 Newton centimeters.

The cover screw or, in the case of transgingival healing, the healing abutment is carefully inserted and the inside of the implant is cleaned and dried. The healing abutment is selected according to the prosthetic requirements.
