I used to hear people saying "If you do what you love for living, you never work a day in your life". I used to call those people big fat liars, work is work. Well, I ate my words. It was always my wish to work for an airline and after over a decade trying I was loosing hope, until I was called and hired by a small airline base in my home island of Puerto Rico almost 2 years ago named Seaborne. This video is a small tribute to the place I call now home.

I had never flown in a turbo prop or any prop aircraft before my training. My first time flying in our Saab's 340 I was excited and scared at the same time, but it was LOVE AT FIRST FLIGHT. I don't even consider now moving to a bigger airline, love this job and my Saab's (a.k.a. my babies) too much. My apartment is right under the approach path of my home airport and on some of my days off when I see one of my aircraft flying above I wish I was there.

If you're a Pilot or Flight Attendant and sometimes your job seems hard, think that you can be stuck in a desk or cubicle with no view the whole day and the rest of your flight would be a breeze. We have a better view from our office in the sky than any CEO have from theirs.
