Front battery is not working on the Q20 Pro?
The Front battery powers the front hub only, rear battery powers the rear hub and the electronics to power unit on. So if you just use rear hub until battery is showing empty, you can swap batteries or use just select front hub to double your range.

Installed front basket and rear rack on the Ridstar, 28 mile ride with motorider2018 up a half mile extreme mountain trail, they made it, barely! Definitely the limit of these bikes, then we stopped for some dirty water dogs in Kent.
