Layla is a 4th grader that shares her experiences of being biracial and how it's made an impact in her life. We should all embrace who we are and be proud of our cultures.

This talk was given at TEDxKidsElCajon, "In Our Era," in the Magnolia Theater in El Cajon, CA. The purpose of TEDxKidsElCajon is to help develop and amplify student voices in our community to empower our youth by creating space for them to share their ideas, bringing awareness to their experiences, and advocating their perspectives. TEDxKidsElCajon is an annual non-profit, independently organized, TEDxYouth event.
