Maybe Some Games Shouldn't Have Speedruns?

Not all games make for perfect speedruns. Some require a bit more ingenuity for it to work. Lacks objectives or being endless random hasn't stopped runners from pushing games you would never consider to be speedrunnable to their limits.

It doesn't feel right to call someone out for being bad at poetry and not at least try myself, so this one is dedicated to William McGonagall:

In the pursuit to save each bit of time
Not every game is meant to be played fast
Some games simply have more rhythm and rhyme
And not all will have the novelty last

When chasing seconds becomes wasted hours
And the fun once found is no longer had
Perhaps new pastimes are worth the scour
Cause giving up does not have to be bad

But if it is a lack of perfection
That is far from being reason to quit
Many problems will find their correction
Someone will just have to go and find it
