Alien Bass Station (A.B.S.) by Analog alien. Using it as the first stage in my tone for the bass side of my Chapman Stick. I am loving it!
I am adding some gain in the Amp Generator... but mostly clean. I should have mentioned in the video my strings are over 2 years old. The A.B.S. gives me more punch than I am used too. Signal chain is bass strings from the Stick-up into the Alien Bass Station into the Patchulator 8000 (routing) into Stereo X-Blender - passing through the Pigtronix Ecolution - into the Strymon Timeline - passing through the Strymon Blue Sky - stereo outs into the Zoom H6 recorder. Sounds so much better coming through my speakers. The A.B.S. has kept my rig very quiet. The lows sound great of coarse but the mids and highs on the bass side of the Stick sound beautiful! My next video is more highlights of the Alien Bass Station.
