I guarantee that if you aren't squatting or cleaning very heavily now, incorporating a workout like this will easily increase your vertical several inches in a matter of weeks. This is my promise to you. And a promise broken is a devastating thing so believe me when I say it won't happen and that everything I am telling you is true.
