2004 Honda Reflex 250 Scooter on the Interstate 81 with GPS speed (NSS250)

(5-24-2016) Well now I have the right tire for the scooter so today we get out on the interstate and open her up. I find the speedometer reads about 5 miles happy. When it says 75 you are really going 70 :( . Anyway enjoy this short video including a 0 MPH to cruising speed with wide open throttle.
