Goodness, it's been almost half a year since I've posted on this channel. In honesty, I actually wanted to abandon this channel and solely work on my other project "Cosmic Tides" which I am pursuing with a friend of mine (but even that has been going slow lately). Anyway, a few weeks ago, I had attended a national camp for a student exchange scholarship for Malaysians to the United States. Needless to say, the camp was filled with wonderfully talented people; skillful and excelling at whatever their craft was. It was hard to stand out. If I had good grades, another hundred people also did; if I played piano, another fifty people did too. However, halfway through the camp, while anxiously waiting for my turn to be interviewed, I managed to show some of the fellow interviewees my previous works on the channel. I finally felt a sense of accomplishment and people started to gather around to inquire about my channel. I even had the chance to impress the interview panel with my works!

Someone asked me if I still uploaded on this channel, I replied "not really."

He told me, "There are so many people out there who wish that they could have half the subscribers you have. What a waste if you don't keep working hard at it!"

That brings me to this piece. It's one of those uncompleted tracks. An idea that germinated one morning, but never quite brought to life. After the experience, I had a new found motivation. I felt special, and extremely proud of these works that I once felt meant very little. I found a new love for music, despite not ever losing it. It's how much impact a few hours could have on a person, just like how a small tap could reverberate for seconds in the right room; just like how a sound is prolonged from the vibration of the it's neighboring object.

It's called "resonance", and "resonance" is what that little spark of joy did to me. I won't let this channel go off again!
