En 1986, Wayne Hussey y Craig Adams procedentes ambos de 'The Syster of Mercy', crean junto con Mick Brown y Simon Hinkler, 'The Mission'.

Desde entonces hasta el año 2008, con un periodo de 3 años de inactividad incluida y varias idas y venidas de sus integrantes, el grupo ha ofrecido un buen puñado de álbumes de rock oscuro de alta calidad. Este es sin duda una de sus mejores temas.
