A simple machine to automatically apply rosin to a violin bow. The Violin bow requires rosin to acquire friction that is necessary vibrate the strings and produce sound from a violin. With RowBow,The user can control the Duration,length,pressure and speed at which the rosin can to be applied. 2 motors move independently to apply the rosin any way one needs. It can be programed to work on different stroking patters and speeds allowing the user to apply rosin to those areas that may require more friction, like the edges. There is an LCD display and a control knob to adjust the speed of the motor.

The system runs on an Arduino leonardo clone and an L293D as the motor Driver.The Course motor is a DC Gear Motor and the Fine motor is a contraption scavenged from an old CD Drive.Whole thing runs on a 12V-1A Powers supply.
