THE FORGOTTEN TRAIL TO EVEREST BASE CAMP | Ep1:Taking a jeep to Phaplu/Salleri & hiking to Lukla

Our independent trek to Everest Base Camp without a porter or a guide will start with a jeep transfer from Kathmandu, Nepal’s capital, to Phaplu (Salleri). From this tiny Himalayan town, we will hike for five days before reaching the main Lukla - EBC trail.

Join us on our adventure through the Himalayan middle hills, where we will encounter a subtropical climate and lush farming villages, acclimatise to the high altitude and get used to carrying our own bags.
