AIR FRIED FISH & CHIPS *MADE IN THE NINJA FOODI 2 BASKET AIR FRYER

RECIPE/INSTRUCTIONS
I used a fillet of Cod, covered it in seasoned flour and dipped in an egg wash then rolled in a seafood fry mixture (store bought) then rolled the battered fish into some olive oil (*optional) Next I Air Fried in the Ninja Foodi 2 Basket Air Fryer on 400° for 14-15 minutes. Frozen Fries (in basket #2) were Air Fried on 400° 20 minutes.

*Homemade Tartar Sauce RECIPE
-1/2 cup mayo
-1 tbs relish
-1/4 tsp black pepper
-1/2 tsp sugar
-2-3 droplets of lemon juice
Optional* you can add 1/2 tsp of mustard

Mix well and refrigerate until use.
