I use Moseley in Birmingham as an example. A community with such good local facilities, it was strong enough even to be independent of Edgbaston and slowly hole 40 years ago. No longer, sadly. 

The demographic changes in Birmingham, not just Aston are a warning for any serious government to abandon the cult of multiculturalism.
