Ingredients:
500 grams of mutton, 4 medium-sized onions, a small-sized tomato, 100 grams of peeled garlic cloves, a small piece of ginger, 1 bay leaf, a piece of cinnamon, 4-5 peppercorns, 2 green cardamoms, 3-4 cloves, 2 black big cardamoms, 3-5 dry red chilies, 1/4th piece of nutmeg, a half tablespoon of coriander, 1/4th teaspoon of turmeric, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1 teaspoon of garam masala powder, 1 tablespoon of Kashmiri red chili powder, salt as per taste, a half cup of mustard oil, and coriander leaves to garnish.
