On July 31, 2025, Pakistan successfully launched its latest remote sensing satellite into space from China's Xichang Satellite Launch Centre, marking a historic milestone in the country’s space and science ambitions. Powered by the Kuaizhou‑1A rocket, this satellite is designed to monitor natural disasters, track agricultural patterns, assist in urban planning, and support major infrastructure projects like CPEC.
