Cookies and cream cupcakes with whipped ganache frosting!

Hey guys!
Today we’re making Cookies & Cream cupcakes with whipped white chocolate ganache frosting! I love cookies and cream cupcakes but adding the ganache on top really did something for the flavor. So if you’re interested in making some of these cupcakes with me, keep watching.

Ingredients
Makes 12- 15 cupcakes

[ ] 1 1/2 cups cakes flour
[ ] 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
[ ] 1/4 tsp salt
[ ] 1/3 cup butter
[ ] 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp sugar
[ ] 1 Egg
[ ] 1/2 cup + 2tbsp whole milk
[ ] 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
[ ] 1/8 almond extract
[ ] 3.5 oz mini Oreo go-pak

Whipped Ganache
[ ] 100 grams heavy whipping cream
[ ] 300 grams white chocolate
