Doing this raid on 17 alts with a cloak on each, actually had over 80 attempts but my addon somehow wasn't tracking it correctly, and it didn't even flash the achievement when the mount dropped for some reason.
Underrot mount dropped the very same day, first day of 10.1 Dragonflight!
