This session will be facilitated by, Denise Chadwick Wright, Chief Executive Officer, with Birmingham Green, Kristin Martin, Social Worker and the Manager of Case Management with Inova ElderLink, and Camden Doran, Supervisor of the Northern Virgina Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program. As our loved one's age or face health challenges, knowing when they need a higher level of care can be a difficult and emotional decision. This discussion aims to provide you with the knowledge and tools to make informed choices for your loved one’s well-being.
