6. The submission that is closest to or matches the actual final selling price of item described in YouTube video (not including shipping cost) on eBay.com is the winner.
7. Contest winner will be notified in the video comments section or via the YouTube messaging system of winning status.
8. Contest winner will receive a cash award. The amount of the award is announced in the YouTube video description..
9. Winner must have a PayPal account in order to receive award.
